Cancellation Process
All cancellation requests must be submitted by email to contact@zeropa.online.
Eligibility for Cancellation
You may request a cancellation only if the digital product has not yet been delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

Requests submitted within 12 hours of purchase and before delivery will be reviewed and, if eligible, processed.

Requests submitted after 12 hours may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, approval is not guaranteed.

Any request made after the product has been delivered or accessed is not eligible for cancellation.
Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 2–3 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.
No-Change Window
Once a digital order has been processed and delivered, no changes, cancellations, or modifications can be made.
